Brentwood UMC is located in southwest Denver at 1899 S. Irving St. This is at the northwest corner of S. Irving St. and W. Jewell Ave.
Brentwood's parking lot is located on the west side of the building and is accessible only from S. Julian St., which is one block west S. Irving St. There is also limited street parking along S. Irving St.
Brentwood Church has just completed the refurbishment of the nurseryfresh paint, new cabinetry and carpet. The church is currently working to recruit, screen, and train volunteers to staff the nursery during worship services. Contact the church office at (303) 936-3447 for current status.
Services at Brentwood use a blend of informal and traditional worship practices. Sunday services include songs, hymns, prayer and a central message delivered by the pastor. These relate the biblical story to modern day-to-day life, and affirm God’s love and acceptance for everyone.
You will see a variety of dress on a Sunday morning, but it is generally casual. Very few men wear ties or suits. Most ladies don't wear dresses. Whatever your preference, we are glad to have you visit us on Sunday!
Brentwood Church baptizes people of all ages, from infants and children to adults. If you are interested, please contact a pastor to discuss baptism.
Holy Communion is held at Brentwood on the first Sunday of every month. Everyone is welcome to participate. You do not need to be a member of Brentwood Church in order to partake of Communion.
